I have been working in the interactive space for several years now building relationships, communities, and marketing strategies for a wide variety clients and projects within the healthcare, automotive, finance, and consumer electronics verticals. In this time I’ve worn plenty of hats, including copywriter, content strategist, and search engine marketer. In these roles I’ve had the unique pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients that have included Ditech, Mitsubishi Digital, Bausch & Lomb, Advantage Rent-A-Car, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Gilead Pharmaceuticals, and Bristol Myers Squibb, not to mention some pretty unique small businesses and start-ups.

Currently I’m the Web Content Manager at an automotive marketing company based in Orange, CA, helping to oversee content development, content strategy, and SEO. I hold a BA from California State University, Fullerton, where I am also currently pursuing graduate study.

This is my personal website and blog. Also, check out some additional projects below that I’m currently working on. Feel free to check me out on linkedin, flickr, delicious, and twitter.

how-not-to.net launches - This is a neat project that tells the story of a tech start-up that never quite made it. Co-written by myself and my friend and colleague Brian, we’re going to be discussing our unique experience at a Web 2.0 company and the ups and downs working in an environment of motivated novices. As the story unfolds, we’ll talk about the highs, of working with the company, and the unfortunate warning signs that hinted at the company’s eventual demise.

Like the tagline says, we probably can’t tell you the best way to run your web start-up, but we can certainly tell you how not to.
